abstract = "The aim of this study was to verify the reduction of forest areas
in function and implementation from ventures in treatments digital
from images satellites. The same was elaborate around the UHE -
Usina Hidrel{\'e}trica Teles Pires which covers the municipality
of Parana{\'{\i}}ta-MT. From images of satelliteLandsat-5 and
Landsat-8, TM and OLI respectively, bands 3, 4 and 5, and the
images of 2010, 2011, 2015 and 2016 collected in the website
online of INPE and processed in software SPRING 5.3. Initially
were made three basic procedures at the images already composed
(R4G5B3), the last among those processes was the classification
supervision maxim Likelihood (Maxver) pixel by pixel. RESULTS:
From of results obtained it was possible to observe changes, as
removal of vegetation, forming flooded areas, river siltation and
increased agriculture. In the years 2010 and 2011 soil classes
exposed, agriculture, water and vegetation showed no significant
differences, the environment has not suffered so many changes,
already as compared to the years 2015 and 2016, the classes that
suffered more changes of these from ventures they were in and soil
agriculture, where was in soil exposed 2015 transformed in
agriculture, where was soil exposed in 2016 turned into
agriculture. However, agriculture class had this big change due to
the classification, because all type of pasture it was classified
agriculture. Another change observed was the formation of a large
lake thus affecting all the forest fauna and flora.",
